The Palmer Foundation was entered onto the Register of Charities with the Registered Charity Number 1185275.

Purpose:
To facilitate  the provision of apprenticeships, training and support in the field of engineering and associated fields to children and young adults aged 14 to 19 in social or economic hardship.

The trustees of the charity are:  Andy Palmer, Hitomi Palmer, Clive Hickman and John Latham.
